MOUNT VERNON – The following is a list of city streets to be swept. The Street Department is asking for cooperation from residents in having their automobiles moved on the day their street is scheduled for sweeping. Next week’s schedule is as follows. Note, this schedule is subject to change or cancellation.

Monday, Aug. 14 – Beech St.; Plaza Dr.; Upland Terrace; Dogwood Terrace; Eastmoor Dr.; Woodside Dr.; Shalimar Dr.; and Vernonview Dr. from Yauger Rd. to Woodside Dr.

Tuesday, Aug. 15 – Potwin St.; Oak St.; Boynton St.; Rogers St.; and Cedar St.; Center St. from Coshocton Ave. to Gambier St.

Wednesday, Aug. 16 – Miller Ave.; Rose Ave.; Shirley Ave.; North Main St., Chestnut to Five Point; Wooster Road from Five Point to McGibney Road.

Thursday, Aug. 17 – Marma Dr.; Emmett Dr.; Marcia Dr.; Decatur Dr.; Oak Dr.; Yoakum Dr.; McGibney Road; Highmeadow Dr.; and Follin Ave.

Friday, Aug. 18 – No sweeping.
