The Mount Vernon Music and Arts Festival kicked off festivities on Aug. 11.
The festival feature is featuring 80's pop sensation Starship with lead vocalist Mickey Thomas headlining on Saturday, Aug. 12 at 8:30 p.m. and Central Ohio country rock band McGuffey Lane as the main stage headliner on Friday night.
The festival's director, Trina Trainor, expressed excitement about the lineup for this year's event, which is taking place from Aug. 11-13 in Mount Vernon.
“We are very excited to have such a great lineup again this year,” Trainor said in a press release.
