26 found guilty in Municipal Court hearings last week

July 31

Len Cabela, 53, Newark, vehicular manslaughter and failing to obey traffic control signals.

Dustin Beheler, 48, Fredericktown, aggravated menacing, criminal damaging and domestic violence.

Douglas Morris, 62, Mount Vernon, menacing by stalking.

Brian McKelvey, 37, Mount Vernon, operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.

Austin Petro, 26, Amherst, having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.

Derrick Morrison, 31, Mount Vernon, operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.

Tammi Douglass, 54, Mount Vernon, operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.

William Miller, 35, Johnstown, wrongful entrustment.

Sloan Hastings, 28, Zanesville, speeding.

Erika Young, 40, Danville, theft.

Jonathon Hinger, 32, Mount Vernon, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Patrick Smithson, 36, New Albany, disorderly conduct and having fictitious plates on a motor vehicle.

Corey Anderson, 28, Centerburg, criminal trespass.

Katara Bennett, 36, Mount Vernon, theft by deception.

Jessica Joslin, 40, Mount Vernon, failing to use headlights when required.

Travis Mackie, 26, Mount Vernon, driving under a license suspension.

Jacon Williams, 39, Mount Vernon, not wearing a seatbelt.

Seth Milligan, 34, Mount Vernon, driving without a driver’s license and having expired plates.

Jeannee Hurt, 66, Mount Vernon, speeding.

Ashley Davis, 33, Mount Vernon, driving under a license suspension.

Lewis Glass, 26, Maple Heights, speeding.

Assistant Law Director Steven Potts prosecuted the Bennett, Williams, Milligan, Hurt, Davis and Glass cases on behalf of the City of Mount Vernon, the State of Ohio and the Villages of Centerburg, Danville, Fredericktown and Gambier. 

Law Director Robert Broeren prosecuted all other cases on behalf of the City of Mount Vernon, the State of Ohio and the Villages of Centerburg, Danville, Fredericktown and Gambier.

Charles Stewart, 78, Fredericktown, driving under suspension.

Devin Weber, 23, Howard, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and operating an unsafe vehicle.

Eric Rosinski, 35, Centerburg, disorderly conduct.

Max Fedorchuk, 23, Parma, speeding.

Eugenio Villarreal, 27, Dover, failure to stop after an accident, driving without a valid license and failure to control.
