Join Paddle for Heroes for the fifth annual 5K. This event consists of a 5K run/walk through Ariel-Foundation Park. The course will be a combination of trail and road running. Do you have a passion for older adults in your community? Ombudsman volunteers are the eyes and ears of the Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program. If you enjoy meeting new people and helping them understand their rights as nursing home and assisted living residents, the Ombudsman Program needs you as a volunteer advocate in your area.
