MOUNT VERNON – The westbound lane of East Pleasant Street will be closed between McKenzie Street and Gay Street until 4 p.m. today, April 4, for water service. Only the westbound lane will be closed so the road is open for emergency traffic. The Water Department requested the closure, please call the Water Department if you have questions regarding this closure.
