MOUNT VERNON – Prospect Street between Calhoun Street and Scott Street closed for concrete work at the request of the City Water Office Wednesday, March 15, at 8 a.m. It will remain closed to all traffic, not open to emergency traffic, until 4 p.m. Thursday, March 16.
