Ellis Gene Pinner, whose addresses are unknown and Unknown Heirs of Robert and Ellis Pinner 1-20, whose identities and last known addresses are unknown,

Are hereby notified that a complaint was filed in the Knox County Common Pleas Court, 111 E High St, Mt. Vernon, OH 43050, alleging that Plaintiff is located in Knox County, Ohio and owns a 1/2 interest in certain property described as Auditor's

Parcel No.22-00061.000

Also known as 60 Crabapple Drive, Howard, OH 43028; that Plaintiff acquired said 1/2 interest in the property from a 1/5 interest in the Property from the previous title holders via

General Warranty Deed recorded in Knox County Recorder's Office,

Instrument No.1984-00013609, and a 1/2 interest in the Property with her husband Charles Ward Pinner from the previous title holders via General Warranty Deed recorded in Knox County Recorder’s Office, Instrument No. 1989-00055740; that Plaintiff has reason to believe that the remaining title holders have been deceased for some time; that the Grantors of the property to Plaintiff have no knowledge of lineal descendants or addresses for lineal descendants of the remaining title holders; that the remaining defendants havemade no claim nor had possession of the property, nor paidtaxes, insurance or maintenance on the property; that Plaintiff currently holds exclusive possession of the property; that Plaintiff demands that all interest in said property be released and quieted in her favor; wherefore Plaintiff prays that the Court declare the rights of the property for all time; that should Defendants assert an interest in the Property, Plaintiff is entitled to a declaratory judgment that its interest in the Property is superior to all defendants and for any other relief which this Court deems fair and equitable. Defendants are further notified to answer said complaint within 28 days after the last day of publication.
