To the Editor:
I see the county sewer department is at it again. In 2012, when they installed our sewer in Millwood, they promised us our sewer bill would not go up for 20 years guaranteed. Now they are raising it for the second time, so their word and $2 will get you a cup of coffee at McDonald's.
