Debra J. Perrine, 67, died in Newark, Ohio.
She was born on July 1, 1955, in Mount Vernon, the daughter of John and Dorothy (Wells) Wiggins. Perrine was a 1973 graduate of Fredericktown High School and earned an associate's degree in nursing from COTC.
She worked in the radiology department at Knox Community Hospital and Mount Vernon Developmental Center. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family.
She is survived by a son, Randy (Courtney) Wade of Fredericktown; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Bradley (Marcie) Wiggins of Florida; two sisters, Tammi (Mark) Ruhl of Mount Gilead and Carol Ann (Mark) Dennis of Delaware; and many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David A. Perrine; a daughter, Stephanie Donaldson; two brothers, John Dennis Wiggins and Paul David Wiggins; and a sister, Bonnie Corba.
A celebration of life service will be held on Jan. 9 at 7 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Fredericktown. Friends can visit from 6 p.m. until the time of the service. The family will observe a private burial in South Lawn Cemetery in Utica.
