To: Sandy Lee Rush and the unknown heirs, devisees, executors, and administrators of Sandy Lee Rush, and all others making a claim in or against the Estate of Susan M. Derr, aka Susan Rush, all of whose current addresses are unknown:

You are hereby notified that you have been named as a Defendant in a legal action entitled Kim M. Rose, Administrator of the Estate of Susan M. Derr, aka Susan Rush, Plaintiff vs. Joseph P. Rush, Stephen Derr, Joseph W.P. Rush, Shelley Coon, Knox County Treasurer, Sandy Lee Rush, and the Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Executors and Administrators of Sandy Lee Rush. This action has been assigned Case Number 20221187A and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Knox County, Ohio, Probate Division, at 111 E. High St., Mt. Vernon, Ohio 43050.

Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 2127.04, the Administrator is seeking authority to sell the real estate of the Decedent. Said real estate is more accurately described as follows:

Situated in the County of Knox in the State of Ohio and in the Township of Pike and bounded and described as follows:

Being the south half of Lot No. Four (4) in the Town of Amity, in said Township, County and State of Ohio, and being the same premises conveyed by Walter R. Hannan and Lena M. Hannan to Allen B. Canin by Deed dated March 27, 1914, and recorded in Vol. 132 at page 378 of the Deed Records for Knox County, Ohio.

Being the same premises conveyed by Cora E. Cain, now deceased, to Cora B. Kepner, et al., by deed dated the 21st day of August, 1943 and recorded in Volume 179, at page 391, of the Deed Records for Knox County, Ohio.

Also, that portion of a vacated state right of way adjacent to Parcel 1 above filed in Deed Volume 430, page 813, being 16.50 feet in width and running from north to south along the west side of Lot 4 in the Town of Amity, Pike Township, Knox County, Ohio.

If you claim an interest in the Estate of Susan M. Derr, aka Susan Rush, you are required to answer the complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for six successive weeks. The last publication will be made December 3, 2022 and the 28 days for answer will commence on that date.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
