WARSAW – Charles E. “Chuck” Stricker, 71, of Warsaw passed away unexpectedly due to a farm accident on Thursday, June 9, 2022.

He was born on Dec. 4, 1950, in Knox County and was the son to the late Walter and Lois (Clark) Stricker

Chuck was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of the Bladensburg Church of Christ.

He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Lena (Dudgeon) Stricker; his three children, Charlotte (Kris) Weldy of Centerburg, Tyler (Angela) Stricker of Rootstown and Teri (Doug Simmons) Stricker of Williamsport, Pa.; seven grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Mikaela and Thaddeus Weldy; Emily and Lukus Stricker, and Seanna and Kamryn Pryor; a brother, Clarence Stricker; two sisters, Barbara (Bill) Spitzer of Mount Vernon and Sandra (Philip) Schell of Johnstown; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 15, starting at 1 p.m. at Snyder Funeral Home – Lasater Chapel, 11337 Upper Gilchrist Road in Mount Vernon. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of services on Wednesday. Burial will follow in Union Grove Cemetery in Gambier.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Chuck’s memory to the charity of one’s choice.
