Vernon, OH 43050, for the adoption of Kyson James Rattliff, a minor, whose date of birth is November 13, 2017 and was born In Ohio, Grayson Alexander Rattliff, a minor, whose date of birth Is November 13, 2017 and was born In Ohio.
