To: Mathew Lawrence, whose last known address is 12381 Airport Rd., Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050. You are hereby notified that you have been named a defendant in a legal action in the above caption matter. The object of the Complaint filed against you by Plaintiff, Ann Bradford is to seek damages suffered by Plaintiff directly and proximately caused by your actions on July 17, 2019 on a public street known as US Route 36 at or near mile post 4 in the City of Centerburg, County of Knox, State of Ohio. You are required to Answer the Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for six consecutive weeks. The last publication will be made on April 20, 2022 and the 28 days to answer will commence on that date.

The answer date is May 18, 2022. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, Judgment by Default will be rendered against you for relief demanded in the Complaint.
