MOUNT VERNON – Judge John Thatcher found five guilty and sentenced one other person after arraignments and hearings were held at the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on Nov. 23.

Robert Clark, 60, Mount Vernon, driving under suspension, $200 fine.  

Heather Mele, 31, Gambier, two charges driving under suspension, $200 fine and a $250 fine, respectively.   

Austin Moreland, 18, Centerburg, was found guilty of criminal mischief, $200 fine.

Joshua Galbraith, 27, Mount Vernon, possessing marijuana drug paraphernalia, $75 fine; and having an open container in a motor vehicle, $25 fine.  

Jared Baldwin, 28, Mount Vernon, driving under an FRA suspension, 10 days in jail and 12 hours community service. 

Mackenzie Adrean, 18, Westerville, speeding, $35 fine.
