MOUNT VERNON – Judge John Thatcher found one guilty and sentenced two after hearings in the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on Nov. 22.

James Wasiluk, 60, Howard, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, $500 fine, 180 days in jail, with 174 suspended, two years of community control and must attend and complete a 72-hour driver intervention program.  

Jasmine-Moriah Bodeker, 29, New Concord, operating a vehicle without a seatbelt, $30 fine.  

Assistant Law Director Brittany Whitney represented the City of Mount Vernon and the State of Ohio in the above cases.
