MOUNT VERNON – Visiting Judge Ken Lane found four guilty in the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on Nov. 19.
Seth Graves, 31, Mount Vernon; $500 fine, 180 days in jail with 177 days suspended, two years of community control and must schedule a 72-hour driver intervention program, complete a drug and alcohol assessment within 60 days, and suspended license for one year.
Irma Keil, 73, Fredericktown, failing to stop at a stop sign, $15 fine.
Carl Leicy, 41, Mount Vernon, driving under suspension, $25 fine.
Tamara Carpenter, 46, Mount Vernon, failing to use reasonable control, $5 fine.
Assistant Law Director Brittany Whitney represented the City of Mount Vernon and the State of Ohio in the above cases.
