PUBLIC NOTICE
The Howard Township Zoning Appeals Board will have a public hearing to consider a variance request from Chuck and Elizabeth Powell, 1329 Apple Valley Drive, Howard, OH 43028 to construct a new dwelling at a height of 36 feet 4 inches.
Article 8.5 of the Howard Township Zoning Manual states maximum height of dwellings will be 35 feet.
The public hearing will be September 8, 2021 at 6 PM in the Howard Township Community Room, 12381 Cotton Street, Howard, OH 43028.
