Richard and Racheal Primm request a variance for a fence in an R-1 District at 500 East Vine Street, parcel #66-01063.000.
2021-BZA-16
Joseph Porter requests a variance for the front setback for an accessory structure in an R-1 District at 104 Oakway DR, parcel #66-00763.000.
The variances are requested under the requirements of the Zoning Code of the City of Mount Vernon, Ohio, Chapter 1155, Administration.
