MOUNT VERNON – The Mount Vernon Senior High School Class of 1971 has planned a two-day event to celebrate our 50th reunion, which will be held on Friday and Saturday, Aug. 6 and 7.

On Friday, Aug. 6, Rebecca and Louie Blubaugh will be hosting an outdoor get-together at their home at 7088 Newark Road in Mount Vernon. Please bring your own chairs and extras, if you have them, for out-of-town classmates on Friday night. The Saturday night celebration will be held at Warwick Farm in a stunningly beautiful, renovated bank barn. The farm is located at 16620 Wells Road in Mount Vernon.

Casual attire can be worn for both evenings. Both nights’ events are catered, but on both nights please BYOB. There will be a bartender on Saturday night and mixers will be provided.

Several of your classmates have donated money to assist fellow schoolmates who feel they would be unable to attend due to hardships. Please feel free to use these generous gifts. We would love to have all participate who wish to do so.
