Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, June 10 at 4:30 PM in the Council Chambers of City Hall and via Zoom teleconference there will be 2 public hearings before the Municipal Planning Commission.
Case 2020-MPC-09
will review a Petition to Vacate an undeveloped platted street right of way. The proposed change is a 35’ x 79’ section of the south end of Poplar Street.
Case 2021-MPC-07
will review an Application for Zoning Amendment, to change zoning on Parcels

66-01114.000;66-01115.000;
66-01116.000;66-01117.000; 66-01118.000,
AKA 305 – 307 Maplewood AVE, Mount Vernon. The proposed change is from NC Neighborhood Commercial and R-1 Single Family District to R-3 Multiple Family District.
