MOUNT VERNON – Lilly, a 5-pound white poodle mix, went missing approximately 3:45 p.m. on May 10 outside the athletic entrance at Mount Vernon High School.

"She jumped out of my arms and ran toward the front entrance sign towards the main street area," owner Christina Yee said.

Yee, a Powell native, was visiting the school to retrieve her daughter's calculator, left during the previous Saturday's SAT test.

As of this report, the Knox County Animal Shelter has not located Lilly, who is 1.5 years old. The dog is micro-chipped (933000320266893) in the name of Aria Honvou.

Yee described her as "sweet, timid and shy," with gray patches on one ear and her back.
