Knox Public Health has posted a notice on vaccine availability that will be updated regularly as conditions change. All KPH COVID-19 vaccination clinics on Wednesdays will be walk-in only and first come, first served; from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Mount Vernon High School Energy Fieldhouse and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Knox County Career Center cafeteria. Ohio is in Phase 2, with vaccine eligibility now for those 16 and older as well as those with conditions or occupations outlined in phases 1A–1E. The Health Department asks those who qualify to send an email to info@knoxhealth.com indicating name, age and phone number; unless they have done so already. As more people become eligible, the State will be opening more mass clinics. Visit gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov to check eligibility and available sites.
