MOUNT VERNON – The Clever Clovers 4-H club held an organizational meeting on Thursday, Feb. 11, at the Mulberry Street United Methodist Church in Mount Vernon and on Zoom. Ten members and three advisors were present.

Members introduced themselves and discussed registration directions. Members completing projects and award winners were recognized at the meeting.

The 4-H online had an update. Members need to use the same email and same password as last year. There will be a lower cost for project books thanks to sponsors. A regular book will be $2. Members will write thank-you notes at a March meeting.

There will be monthly events for Cloverbuds. The first one was on Saturday, Feb. 13, at which members played the game "Two Truths and a Lie."

The Clever Clovers' Feb. 25 meeting included election of officers.
