MOUNT VERNON – Glen F. Blair Jr., 76, of Mount Vernon, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 29, 2020, at Grant Medical Center in Columbus. He was born on April 6, 1944, in Mount Vernon, the son of Glen F. and Anna (Loney) Blair Sr.
Glen owned and operated BJ’s Sports Pub in Mount Vernon. He was an avid fan of The Ohio State University and was a former member of the Colonial City Moose and Eagles lodges, both of Mount Vernon.
He is survived by four daughters, Pepper Proper of Mount Vernon, Ginger Robinson of Mount Gilead, Wendy Flack of Mount Vernon and Cindy McManaway of Mount Vernon; and a sister, Janie (Benny) Pruett of New Jersey.
Besides his parents, Glen was preceded in death by his companion, Jean Tindall; a brother, Gary Blair; two sisters, Patricia White and Kendra Cockrell; and his canine companion Toby.
The family will observe a graveside service at a later date.
