Defendant(s), JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Trustee to Stewardship Fund No. 3, LP, whose last known address is 1111 Polaris Parkway, Columbus, OH 43240, Lakeside Portfolio Management, LLC, whose last known address is One East Broward Blvd., Suite 700, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 and Stewardship Fund No. 3, LP, whose last known address is 2500 N. Dallas Parkway, Suite 440, Plano, TX 75093, will take notice that on September 14, 2020, DS & K Investments LLC, filed its Complaint in Case Number 20FR09-0231, Knox County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Trustee to Stewardship Fund No. 3, LP, whose last known address is 1111 Polaris Parkway, Columbus , OH 43240, Lakeside Portfolio Management, LLC, whose last known address is One East Broward Blvd., Suite 700, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 and Stewardship Fund No. 3, LP, whose last known address is 2500 N. Dallas Parkway, Suite 440, Plano, TX 75093, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Premises commonly known as: 54 South Pleasant Street, Fredericktown, OH 43019
Parcel No.: 65-00860.000 and 65-00859.000
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
