MOUNT VERNON — Knox Village Square will be adding two new tenants soon.
According to reports, Big Lots and Burkes Outlet will be joining the retail store building owned by Regency Properties on Coshocton Avenue.
Big Lots reportedly signed a contract to take over the old Pat Catan’s property at 1550 Coshocton Ave., while Burkes Outlet reportedly signed in mid-December to take over the former J.C. Penney space at 1530 Coshocton Ave.
Big Lots was formerly in Mount Vernon at 911 Coshocton Ave., closing the store in 2014.
