During the month of October, The Kiwanis Club of Mount Vernon will be collecting gently used coats at over 30 locations in Knox County. The coats will be cleaned by Gault’s Plaza Cleaners then taken to Interchurch Social Services and the Salvation Army to be distributed to those in need before the cold arrives.
