On Wednesday morning, the Knox County Fairgrounds hosted a simulated exercise. In this exercise, a cropduster sprays a crowd gathered at the fair with an unknown chemical. First responders were tasked with treating the victims, portrayed by MTVArts students and volunteers. Here, firefighters use the Mount Vernon Fire Department Gator to transport the injured.
