The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a
* Flood Advisory for...
Knox County in north central Ohio...
* Until 545 AM EDT Sunday.
* At 1138 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. 1 to 2 inches of rain have already fallen with up to an additional quarter inch of rain possible. Local law enforcement reported high water on a few roadways across the County.
* Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets and
highways will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks, streams
and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding. Turn around...don't drown if you encounter high
water.
