Lois Ann Stricker, 91, of Mount Vernon met her Heavenly Father at her home on Dec. 26, 2021, while surrounded by her family. She was born on Jan. 22, 1930, to Maurice and Dorothy (Frazee) Clark in Coshocton County.

Cardington-Lincoln continued its undefeated dance and improved to 10-0 with a convincing non-conference 79-25 shellacking over Bucyrus, Tuesday night. The blow-out extended the Lady Pirates’ winning streak to 48 consecutive regular season wins and they continue to own a 62-straight KMAC winning streak. The Redmen (1-6) lost their fifth straight game and were outmatched from the outset. Cardington-Lincoln took at 20-8 first-quarter lead and put things away with a 24-10 second-quarter to go into the locker room at halftime, ahead 44-18.
East Knox storms back to tie, loses to Utica in OT, 63-60. In a game of two halfs, Utica controlled the first half by 15 points and East Knox stormed back to take the second half by 15. Utica won the contest in overtime by three points to come away with a 63-60 win. The loss was the Bulldogs’ first against seven wins, while Utica improved to 6-1.
