Knox County Learning Center

On the way to her goal of becoming an art therapist, Elaina Trace will spend another summer waxing floors and painting walls at the Knox Learning Center.

Each weekday morning a dozen students ages 17 to 22 gather in a lower-level classroom at the Knox Learning Center.

For some couples, working together adds stress to their marriages. Not so for Joe and Lisa Mazzari.

Jon Campbell is the first nurse to be employed at Knox Learning Center, which serves special needs students from Knox County and surrounding districts.
