On Feb. 23, 2026, Phillips Drive between South Mechanic Street and South Main Street will experience a single lane closure due to foundation pouring.
The closure is scheduled to begin at 7:00 a.m. on Feb. 23 and end at 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 27. The project will involve flaggers or portable traffic lights to manage traffic flow during this period.
The closure was requested by Sential Foundatiom for the purpose of pouring a foundation. There may be times when traffic will need to be stopped entirely for up to 10-15 minutes at a time in order to set poles and move equipment around.
