Foghat to perform at Knox Memorial Theater during anniversary tour

Foghat is set to perform at the Knox Memorial Theater in Mount Vernon on October 25 as part of their Slow Ride 50th Anniversary Tour. The band, known for its slide guitar and blues-rock energy, will play hits such as "Slow Ride." The concert is part of the theater's 100th-anniversary season, sponsored by Ariel Corporation.

The Knox Memorial Theater will also host a production of Aaron Sorkin's courtroom drama, A Few Good Men. This play, which first premiered in 1989 before becoming a film in 1992, will be performed from November 14 to November 16. It features characters like Lt. Kaffee and Colonel Jessep and explores themes of justice and truth.

Additionally, soprano Lauren Jelencovich will perform at the theater on October 19. Known for her versatile voice, Jelencovich has performed with artists like Renee Fleming and won Ed McMahon’s Star Search. Her performance will include songs such as "The Prayer" and "Over the Rainbow."
