Blocker Alley in Mount Vernon will be closed to all traffic, including emergency vehicles, from September 26, 2025, at 11:45 AM until October 2, 2025, at 5:00 PM. The closure is due to the installation of a concrete apron.
The Engineering Department has requested this closure and advises that access to the alley should be made from Lawn Avenue as the East Vine Street entrance will be blocked. For any inquiries regarding this road closure, residents are encouraged to contact the Engineering Department at 740-393-9528.
