The Gambier Community Library is hosting a series of events this August, catering to both families and adults. All programs are free and open to the public.
On Tuesday, August 12th, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the library will hold a Summer Family Bingo event at the Gambier Library Outside Pavilion. Participants can enjoy an evening of bingo with opportunities to win Walmart gift cards. Refreshments, including hot dogs and veggie dogs, will be available, along with music for entertainment.
Adults aged 18 and over can attend the Adult Craft Night on Thursday, August 21st, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. This event will take place at the Gambier Community Library and involves creating tea towels using natural foods like lemons, potatoes, and leaves. All necessary supplies will be provided.
Additionally, Storytime with Miss Morgan is scheduled every Tuesday at either 11:00 a.m. or 4:00 p.m., running from August 26th through December 16th at the library. Children of all ages are invited to participate in stories, songs, and crafts.
