According to the release, the production is directed by Bruce Jacklin and offers evening performances on February 28 and March 1 at 7:30 p.m., with matinees on March 2 and 3 at 2 p.m. Tickets are priced at $20 for main floor seating and $15 for the balcony, with a $3 discount available for children aged ten and under. Tickets can be purchased online, at the Mount Vernon Arts Consortium office, or at the door one hour before showtime. The production is sponsored by Ariel Corporation and Knox County Foundation.

The production features a cast of 45 young actors, with Laura Ackert as musical director and Tony Ingham as choreographer. The team includes stage managers Mary Harris and Christan Sears, assistant director Christopher Hartman, customer Leah Miller, and master carpenter Michael Sears. The musical follows Belle and the Beast as they navigate an enchanted castle while attempting to break a magical curse. Audience members have the option to purchase a $5 light-up rose to use during key moments of the show.

Ackert expressed her enthusiasm for working with young actors in this production. "I love working with these young actors. I am continually impressed with their work ethic and the positive, supportive environment they create in each rehearsal," she said. "I am so proud to be part of the MTVarts community and the opportunities it provides for our creative and talented youth."
