LaGunday, whose residence is unknown and whose last known address is 77 Villaluz Street, Barangay Kalayaan, Angono 1930 Rizal, Philippines, is hereby notified that on July 12, 2024, Augusta D. Koppenhaver filed a complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Knox County, Ohio, Domestic Relations Division, 117 East High Street, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050 in Case No. 24DV07-0125 against Lovelylyn T. LaGunday, requesting a divorce on the grounds of incompatibility and gross neglect of duty; that the Court award and equitable division of property and debts; award attorney’s fees; and any other relief the Court deems appropriate. Said Defendant is required to answer said complaint within 28 days from the date of publication.
