Paul Douglas Smith, age 68, of Mount Vernon, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at his residence. He was born on January 12, 1955, in Mount Vernon, Ohio, to the late Herbert and Catherine (Shutt) Smith.
A celebration of Life service was take place at a later date.
