Carroll Andrew Allen, age 64, of Mount Vernon passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2023.
He was born on February 17, 1959, in Mount Vernon to the late Carroll E. and Olive (Everett) Allen. Carroll enjoyed horses, his canine companions and cars. But most of all, he loved the time he spent with his family and close friends.
He is survived by his daughter Elizabeth (Darryl) McFarland; his son Duke (Randi) Allen; four grandchildren, Aaliyssia McFarland, Lilly McFarland, Camdyn McFarland, Olivia Allen; and his three sisters, Laura (Ray) Ackerman, Leslie (Marcel) Gaugh, and Judy Shumway.
In addition to his parents, Carroll was preceded in death by his sister Randi Mullins; his brother-in-law Glen Mullins; and his brother Jeff Graf.
In keeping with Carroll’s wishes, there was be no calling hours. The family was observe a private graveside service at a later date.
