Earl Richard Pugh, 85, of Belpre, passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at his home.
Earl was born August 24, 1938 in Williamstown, West Virginia to Taylor and Sophie Pugh.
Earl worked at American Bisque, Nolans Construction and Jacob Construction until he retired. He enjoyed camping and fishing.
Earl was be deeply missed by his daughters Donna Pugh Miller of Marietta, Barbara (Dave) Kincaid of Marietta, Judy Perry of Nelsonville and Wanda (Cecil) Boley of Marietta; stepson Willard (Vicki) Lightfritz; nine grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Earl was preceded in death by his first wife Margaret “Jenny” Pugh and his second wife Diana Pugh; brothers Mac, Harry, Seldon and Eddie; sister Faye; grandson Nick Losey Jr. and son-in-law Jeff Miller.
Friends may call Friday, October 13, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-East Lawn Chapel, 27880 St. Rt. 7, Marietta. Funeral services was be Saturday at 11 AM at the funeral home with Pastor Robert Kniley officiating. Burial was be at East Lawn Memorial Park.
