Details: The Starlets take you on a musical journey through the 50s & 60s. This powerhouse female vocal trio performs the sounds of pop, doo-wop, R&B, and Motown, and dazzles audiences with their fabulous costumes, sizzling choreography, and audience engagement. Recipe Exchange

Details: Prepare a dish that contains apples or pumpkin as an ingredient. This could be a main dish, side dish or dessert. Remember to bring the recipe too. We invite and encourage guests to join us and be taste testers (no experience required). No need to bring a dish; just come join us for good food and conversation. We always have plenty of food to share and you might find a new recipe you like. Table service and drinks provided.

Details: This is a time for fellow ukulele players to meet for ukulele practice and to share their enthusiasm for this unique instrument in an informal setting. Doc Talk: Managing Your Pain: What’s New?

Details: Join us for a free Doc Talk on Tuesday, October 24, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Dr. Andrew McNicol will lead a conversation about the currently available treatment options to help manage pain. This event is open to the community and will be held in the WFMP 2nd Floor Meeting Room. Healthy snacks and beverages will be provided. In Pain Management, the goal is typically to control pain while also trying to address the underlying condition that is causing pain. Join our Doc Talk titled “Managing Your Pain: What’s New?” to discover how to overcome your pain. Andrew Mc Nicol, MD, is KCH’s Pain Management Physician.
