Ashland (4-2, 2-2) dominated Madison Comprehensive (1-5, 1-3) in a sweep victory for the Arrows at home in an OCC matchup.
Ashland won the first set 25-18, and while the Rams came back and made it close in set two, the Arrows held on for a 25-23 win. They finished off the Rams with a 25-17 set three win.
Cielo Jacobus led Madison Comprehensive in kills with seven on the day. The senior added four digs defensively. Maddie Berry was in charge of setting duties for the Rams with 17 assists. Olivia Barley led the team in kills with nine, with Karsyn Blust following closely with eight digs. Grace Speelman had four aces and Kayla Putney recorded three blocks in the match for the Rams.
