Cary White, 37, Centerburg, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.

Donald Morris, 32, Mount Vernon, criminal damaging/endangering and persisting disorderly conduct.
Dylan Fathbruckner, 21, Delaware, operating a vehicle under the influence of a drug of abuse and speeding.
Amber Novatney, 44, Mount Vernon, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Randolph McGregor, 40, Mount Vernon, obstructing official business.
Jenifer Felt, 44, Monroe, driving under an FRA suspension.
Kricket Willey, 30, Mount Vernon, driving under an FRA suspension.
