Real property located at 21419 Daniels Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050, bearing Knox County Auditor’s Permanent Parcel No. 03-00503.001. The said real property consisting of 21.438 acres with a house, garage, and outbuildings in Brown Township, Knox County, Ohio; the legal description for which may be found in Official Record Volume 1555, Page 285, Office of the Recorder of Knox County, Ohio.

The said real property has been forfeited to the State of Ohio; the Court has appointed a Receiver to assist the prosecutor in the above referenced cases for the purposes of valuation and sale of the said real property, determine any claims of third parties who have or may claim an interest in the said real property, and to otherwise comply with the procedure in Section 2981.04 R.C.; and the receiver proposes to sell the said real property at public or private sale.

This notice will be published once per week for two consecutive weeks. Pursuant to Section 2981.04 (E)(1) R.C. any person who asserts a legal interest in the property that is the subject of the Court’s order may petition the Court for a hearing to adjudicate the validity of the person’s alleged interest in the property. Pursuant to Section 2981.04(E)(2) R.C. any person who is a secured party or other lienholder of record may file an affidavit in lieu of a petition pursuant to Section 2981.04(E)(2) R.C. The said petition or affidavit in lieu of a petition shall be filed within thirty days after the final publication of this notice or the person’s receipt of notice under Section 2981.0(D) R.C.
(whichever first occurs), and must conform to all requirements set forth in Section 2981.04 R.C.
