Virginia Lois Wise Walton McKee Kidwell

July 6, 1929 - July 10, 2021

Mom started a journal in 1962 when I was 9 years old. I acquired 61 years of them upon her passing and until of late have been unwilling to open and read them. It is a strange experience to re-live my childhood in this manner, as I have only read into the year 1963. But I am thankful she not only recorded her life but mine and my four sisters. I must say, her life was a great challenge which she handled heroically. What a great role model she was, not always perfect, but certainly no better mother could I have had.
