SPARTA – Donald “Belch” Belcher, 85, of Sparta, passed away Friday, April 28, 2023, at Morrow Manor in Chesterville following a several-month illness.
Friends had the opportunity to call from 1-3 p.m. on Thursday, May 4, at the DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, 637 N. St. Rt. 61 at St. Rt. 3, Sunbury, OH 43074, where services followed at 3 p.m. Thursday, and burial followed at Bloomfield Cemetery near Sparta.
