MOUNT VERNON –  Spring Street will be closed between N. Clinton Street and McKinley Street from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. today, Monday, April 17. The road will be closed to all traffic, including emergency traffic, as A & D Tree Service works to remove two trees.
