MOUNT VERNON – Cherry Alley will be closed from East High Street to the end of the back property at 204 E. High St. so Shoemaker Roofing can replace shingles. This closure is planned from 8 a.m. Tuesday, March 28, through 4 p.m. Friday, March 31. The south side of the alley, off of Vine Street, will remain open.
