Incident description: During the patrol of Sutton Beach, Apple Valley, an officer observed trash thrown on the ground by a parked vehicle occupied twice. Upon investigating, the officer detected a strong odor of marijuana. Upon confronting the occupants, they were determined to be impaired. A bag of marijuana was surrendered. The officer also discovered drug paraphernalia. All illegal items were confiscated. A sober driver arrived to pick up the two impaired individuals.
