GAMBIER – Roy Lavern Frazee, 81, died Monday, Oct. 31, 2022, at his residence.
He was born June 14, 1941, in Knox County to the late Harley Otto and Stella Verdetta (Donaldson) Frazee.
Roy worked at the Flxible Corp in Loudonville for 36 years and Rolls Royce in Mount Vernon for 12 years.
Roy married the former Ruth Ann Smith on July 23, 1964. She preceded him in death on Sept. 13, 2009.
He is survived by his daughter, Reida Frazee of Gambier, and his son, Ronnie Lee Frazee of Warsaw; granddaughters, Autumn Kromoff and Cassie Pelton; great-grandchildren, Caden, Cameron and Caylee; three sisters, Dottie (Leonard) Dickerson of Gambier, Ruth Myers of Mount Vernon, and Deanna DeVore of Port Richey, FL; and six brothers, Johnny (Kay) Frazee of Walhonding, Ed (Nora) Frazee of Millwood, Ralph (Judy) Frazee of Mount Vernon, Jim (Patti) Frazee of Adena, Paul Frazee of Mount Vernon, and Lloyd Frazee of Mount Vernon.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Kim Frazee; a sister, Ellen Carr; and four brothers, Robert, Forrest, Roscoe and Raymond Frazee.
There will be no visitation. Graveside services will be held Thursday, Nov. 3, at 1 p.m. at the Workman Cemetery in Danville with Brad White officiating. The Fischer Funeral Home in Danville is handling the arrangements. Visit fischerfuneralhome.com.
